Firstly, our customers submit an enquiry on the contact form at the bottom of the 'trustedpitches.com' home screen. Please include your full name, email address, and in the 'message' section, include, where you are located and what pitch you're looking for (seasonal or 12 month)
Shortly after, you will receive an email from us, we may ask a few more questions or send over a questionnaire, this will give us the greatest understanding of what the perfect pitch looks like to you.
We then work closely with the customer to figure out which plan would suit you best. (Basic/Premium)
Once everything is finalised and payment is made, we will get to work right away to find you your perfect pitch. This can take anywhere from 3 - 7 days however, could be longer or shorter depending on demand and requirements.
